Rate: $85 per 45-minute lesson

Hi, I’m Verity, a passionate violinist and dedicated violin teacher based in Epping. I’ve been playing the violin for over 17 years and work as a full-time strings conductor and tutor.

My lessons are designed to be fun, supportive, and tailored to each student’s unique goals—whether they’re a beginner, preparing for an AMEB exam or audition, or play in a string ensemble. I’d love to help your child discover the joy of playing the violin!

Why choose to have lessons with me?

I provide lesson reminders and a comprehensive homework report each week.

I teach my students how to be independent (for example, setting up and tuning their own violin, writing in pencil markings on the sheet music themselves, problem-solving skills, etc.)

I help my students to become confident players and progress at a competitive pace. On average, my students are two levels higher than what is average for their age group.
